1. Membership and Access

All members must hold a valid, paid membership or day pass to access the mat. Memberships are strictly personal and non-transferable. The academy reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership without refund if a member violates our code of conduct, disrupts the training environment, or poses a safety risk.

2. Health and Safety

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a contact sport. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks involved. Members must ensure they are in good physical health and must notify coaches of any prior injuries. High standards of hygiene are mandatory: clean gis/rashguards, trimmed nails, and no footwear on the mats are strictly enforced.

3. Payments and Cancellations

Membership fees are billed according to your chosen plan. Cancellations require a 15-day notice prior to the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for unused membership periods.

Data Collection

We collect personal data (such as name, email, phone number, and emergency contact details) when you register as a member or book a trial class. This information is strictly used for academy administration, communication regarding your membership, and safety purposes.

Media Release

During training and events, we may take photographs or videos for promotional use on our social media and website. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify the management in writing upon registration.
